Throughout his professional career, David has acted extensively in numerous capacities, which include: an advisor to corporate debtors in performing viability assessments, providing turnaround management expertise, acting as a court-appointed monitor in plans filed under the Company Creditors Arrangement Act, and administering Division I Proposals and corporate bankruptcy proceedings.
David has also assisted numerous individual consumers resolve their financial difficulties and achieve a “fresh financial start” through a consumer proposal to creditors or a personal bankruptcy.
David has also acted as an advisor to corporate creditors and secured lenders in performing numerous tasks, which include: security reviews, financial investigations and third-party financial reporting, acting as a private or court-appointed Receiver and Manager, and as an agent for secured creditors in corporate bankruptcy proceedings.
